Service Description
Small Group Sessions are very effective as they create an environment for communication, opposition, competition & building chemistry. Sessions include: - Training using attacking methodologies - Small groups up to a maximum of 6 players per group - 1-1.5 hour session - Position-specific exercises - Repetition finishing in high % zones - Immediate feedback on player positioning, technique, movement on & off the ball - Live training video recorded for feedback
